Hi! I’m Intern Sherry! This is my self assigned- and designed– internship project!

I am a millennial college grad struggling to find “the dream job.” In the meantime, I have created my own internship position to learn new things from free resources found online. On my YouTube channel, I share how I spend my time building new skills and teach others along the way with professional development resources and silly monologues while trying to climb the ladder of success.

I can’t promise you’ll learn anything, but I can promise you’ll see history in the making.

Early in 2013, I was lucky enough to experience Washington D.C. as an intern for a federal agency.

In 2014, I graduated with a bachelors degree in political science focusing my studies on intelligence analysis and critical writing. Following graduation, I committed a year to serving the community as a member of AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America).

Internships are the gateway to new experiences and new understandings.

As your intern, I hope to learn from you as well. Please share your comments, ideas, and thoughts by finding me creeping around these neighborhoods.
